Driven by two James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs, Pastis features elements similar to the original such as the restaurant’s classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and a mosaic-tiled floor.
The menu features the culinary staples that have made the restaurant a legendary dining destination from the decadent soul-warming Onion Soup and crave worthy Duck Confit. The menu also includes a few items specific to Washington DC such as a classic Wiener Schnitzel and Veal Tongue.
